Refund Policy

Our refund policy is on a prorated basis on the original purchase price and date. 

  • 0 - 60 days = 100% refund of the original purchase price.
  • 60 - 90 days = 50% refund of the original purchase price.
  • 90+ days = No refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. A $5 restocking fee will be applied. 

To initiate a return, contact us with the order number. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, you are responsible for shipping charges.

Please ship returns with a tracking number to insure proper delivery and to be eligible to receive a credit. 

    Refunds (if applicable):

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, based on the original purchase date and the date you initiated the return +7 days for shipping we will process a refund using the proration breakdown listed above.  A $5 restocking fee will be applied and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 - 10 business days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us, provide the email you used to place the order, and the order number. 

    Sale items (if applicable):

    • Only original purchase amount, will be refunded. 

    Shipping Returns:

      In all cases when shipping a product back to us please usea trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not guarantee your return without a tracking number or shipping insurance documentation.
